Meet Justin

Justin’s mission is to make the world a better place for people by combatting toxic masculine ideas surrounding men and their emotions. His current book, The Righteous Rage of a Ten-Year-Old Boy, is a raw, intense examination of his childhood, the traumatic events that formed his negative self-image, and his journey through therapy to overcome it all.

As a young adult with no tools, Justin turned to alcohol to cope with his feelings and mask the underlying problem - his terrible childhood and toxic family. But through EMDR therapy and hard work, he is now a thriving author, businessman, and husband.

In this insightful episode of The Tragedy Academy Podcast, Jay Hicks and Justin Long delve deep into the complexities of toxic masculinity, emotional health, and the transformative power of therapy.
